After interviewing numerous potential home entrepreneurs across the United States and Canada I have come to one major conclusion: The majority of people, I spoke with, are tired of their present financial condition and generally fall into one of three groups.

Whichever category you feel you are in I want to caution you to investigate before you invest. I know you are anxious to get settled in a business that can supplement or even replace your current income. Please be cautious! Do your homework and ask questions. The last thing you need is more disappointment and money going out. Those who are desperate to find something better are often vulnerable. Believe me, I know how it feels to have false hopes and insufficient information lead me to invest a large chunk of money (that I couldn’t really spare) into an opportunity that didn’t work out because I did not fully understand the expenses needed to ensure its success. Please be cautious. I have friends who have refinanced their homes and raided their retirement funds to get involved with an “opportunity” that promises wealth by buying and then selling various level of seminars.. to the tune of $8,000 and $13,000. Unsuspecting new recruits are encouraged to go “Full Boat” which means purchase all the seminars at one time to demonstrate your commitment to success. I know of several who have lost their homes because of it. Read entire article. Here is an example of why we should investigate before we invest.

FINAL NOTE: Beware of what you are looking at yet stay open minded. Although there are some bad ones out there (speaking from the voice of painful experience) there are also good and legitimate opportunities to be found. It’s kind of like looking for the little gold nugget hidden in a bucket of dirt. I encourage you to keep looking for the one that is right for you.
